Way to go, Kinga!

The only way to get any descent service is to know someone that works at the business. Businesses don't care about the customer anymore. But if someone has "someone on the inside" that at least cares enough about your friendship/relationship, that person is the only way someone is going to get descent service.

That was great! i was crackin up when this came on air. How many times do you catch yourself yelling at the automated voice service? "Im sorry, i didn't understand that...one more time..." Then when you enter your information in the automated system, the first thing the live person asks for is the same information you already entered. At&T is one of those 45 minute hold companies, then once they figure out the problem, they create the same problem again and again, and every call back is another 45 minute hold, they just hope you have their phone service and have to pay by the minute so they can rack up your bill! Pure comical, good work!

This caught me off guard. I totally work for a major retailer that sells electronics, and yes, we have customers that go through that exact same thing every day. Oddly enough though, I recently recall one of our last in-store video reels where you were actually on it helping us sell our big screens. It wasn't a named endorsement or anything, but yeah just ironic you're now having the same problems from the consumer end. I do agree though, trying to get through to us does suck, and unfortunately huge companies tend to simply be happy with keeping the majority happy, and everything is just one giant bureaucracy we all have to deal with. They'll never hire enough people to take all those calls in an efficient manner, or enough repair guys to get all the jobs done faster. Businesses like ours are just looking to keep costs down with a "wait your turn" approach. And I disagree with what bcarney said, in our case, not even knowing somebody can get you faster repairs, you're just put in line on the automated system like everyone else. Funny video though, I do know how you feel, since I deal with it daily.
