Fat or Dumb? which is worse?

Studies are showing that the anti-obesity drugs given to many children today are making them less intelligent in the process. They are also attributing cases of depression to these drugs as well. While these tests are being performed on animal subjects, scientists believe there could be a very strong correlation when looking toward human side effects.

  • That's the price we pay when looking for answers in a pill. Maybe if schools stopped phasing out P.E. our kids wouldn't even need anti-obesity drugs.

  • Either way your health and personal safety is at risk. In actuality being overweight could be worse than stupid, simply because now-a-days we dummy proof everything.

    A military bazooka has the words "This side toward Enemy!" as long as you can read you can survive.

    I never heard of diabetes, heart disease, or strokes caused by a lower than average IQ either..

    When I was a child our playgrounds were steal bars and concrete slabs, now they are rubberized cement thats super soft, and super safe playground equipment, so we humans haven't been able to partake in "natural selection" / "survival of the fittest" sort of thing that the earlier generation had to.

    So we are watering our gene pool and feeding our kids hormones that make them hit puberty before all their baby teeth fall out....

    With all things being equal though, Obese is worse than stupid..
