The British Government have launched a second appeal to try to prevent Snoop Dogg from entering the UK.

A decision to ban the rapper from having a UK visa was recently overturned by a judge, paving the way for him to play live gigs in Britain in the future.

However, the UK Border Agency has claimed that "a material error in law" was made during an immigration hearing in January, reports BBC News.

  • just because he openly smokes weed or what? why would they ban his visa?

  • involved in "a brawl" it says... probably a good reason to suspend his visa, depending on how serious it was. You gotta let Snoop through though, DO IT!

Everbody knows Snoop is mad chill and it wasn't him starting in Heathrow. The judge said herself that Snoop pexercised restraint even after beingprovoked by others including UK police officers. All Snoop's trying to do is drop it like its hot.

  • On the gangster rap spectrum, snoop today falls somewhere between pop-mediocre beats and decadent-borderline lyrics // but please welcome him back to these shores; for 93's Doogystyle was one of the finest concept albums from the west.

I can't see the Father Hood, the Dog Father, out there brawling. That would require more movement than Snoop is used to exerting, chill as he be. But that weed, oh yes, he probably fired that up in the tunnel getting off the plane. Still, others have done worse, or has Heathrow forgotten Princess Margaret, God rest her?

  • Snoop's "fatherhood" show - Snoop had Beckham on , and took B. to a soul food diner , where he derided B. for ordering a salad rather than fried chicken - this is the UK's revenge for Snoop insulting B.

  • Rachel Williams from the Guardian comments on Snoops character and the Heathrow fracas.

She goes on to say that the judge did not uphold the ban after seeing footage of Snoop being pushed by police and not retalliating.

  • "a material error in law"? Ya when you are the law you expect to get it your way? So lets just keep on redoing it until we get the result we want (wasting tax payers money).

  • the point being , it's racism - Beck's didn't order the fried chicken - it couldn't be more obvious .

Thats just stupid... legislation against Snoop Dogg instead of things that are actually important has no place in any government.

  • So what if he can't get into Europe...He's got enough money to spend on something else that could make him just as happy.

  • Amazing! There are far more important things for the crown to worry her head about. Let him in!
