This is unbelievable!
A 37 year old immigrant man was arrested last week, accused of raping a 10-year-old girl who later gave birth at an eastern Idaho hospital. He was charged with one count of rape, alleging the encounter occurred between November and January.
Police say they are still investigating the case and declined to provide information on the young mother or the infant.
Authorities say they began looking into the case after medical officials reported a case involving a pregnant child.

Ok...I know that a couple hundred years ago, this may have not been a huge deal...But society changes, and so do laws. Personally, I think the man who did this to that young girl is sick, and demented. As for the girl, she's just a child herself...She probably wasn't even sure what was happening to her the entire time. I hope that the man goes to jail, and that the young girl, and even younger baby...Are taken care of.
Also, if the girl wants to keep her baby, I hope our government doesn't separate them. True, she's a little young to raise a baby on her own...But she's still the mother, and she has rights.-

I wonder if the man who raped her really is an immigrant? Even so, 10 years old? The poor girl, that must have been highly painful. I do hope that the government allows her to keep her child if she wants to. I'm sure that her parents would help in the care-taking of it.

why not consider an abortion?

good idea jade..
why dont we let a ten year old go through the experiance of having her baby killed inside of her and sucked out.. then theres the emotional guilt the rest of her life.. all this after shes been raped.
