I started to write about my vision of the American dream, yet when I really get honest, my view of the way we live here in the United States affects so many across the world.
It is no longer an easy answer; my dream may be causing someone in another country a nightmare. I want to be a good person and leave a small footprint.
Franciscan Blessing....
may God bless you with discomfort at easy answers, half-truths and
superficial relationships, so that you may live deep within your heart.
May God bless you with anger at injustice, oppression and exploitation
of people, so that you may work for justice, freedom and peace. May God
bless you with enough foolishness to believe that you can make a
difference in this world, so that you can do what others claim cannot be
done.
The prayer I have posted is in line with my dream.....
