Conservation is not limited... More conservation of everything means less damage in a world of excess. For example, here in Long Beach, Ca we are trying to conserve water. If we run out of water, there will be riots, people will fight over scare resources, so to put it simply, Conserve everything, and the world will be a happier place. If that means, stop pushing out 10 kids per family, then so be it. If that means, walk or ride a bike more, so be it. If that means your daily life will include conservation, then so be it. If that means plant plants that are drought tolerant, so be it. It's sad though, we can not run through the sprinklers anymore on a hot day... then so be it....
