  • Ok I looked into the matter and I have another question. What does it matter if John McCain has taken up a cause which is usually voiced by the Christian right? Why should that be your main focus instead of the actual issue of sex slaves and child pornography? Do you guys really hate republicans so much that when presented with a disturbing issue you can’t look past your own prejudices?

    Republican campaign consultant Tom Shortridge was sentenced to three years probation for taking nude photographs of a 15-year old girl.

    Republican racist pedophile and United States Senator Strom Thurmond had sex with a 15-year old black girl which produced a child.

    Republican pastor Mike Hintz, whom George W. Bush commended during the 2004 presidential campaign, surrendered to police after admitting to a sexual affair with a female juvenile.

    Republican legislator Peter Dibble pleaded no contest to having an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old girl.

  • i don't care for the politics of it, its a matter that does need to be addressed and improved upon. this is something that is running rampantly throughout the southwest and california. hopefully something can be done about it soon

    That’s what the word prejudice means. Please make a note of that.

    You will never be able to prove that republicans as a whole are sexual offenders or pedophiles. What you just said was a similar to a cop saying, “We’re crusading against black people.” When in truth he meant to say, “We’re crusading against drug dealers.” Furthermore black people are not the only ones that sell drugs, just like republicans are not the only ones who commit sexual crimes. Go to any prison within the country and ask a corrections officer what’s the most prevalent serious offense committed by your imamates?

    With that said let me get back to my original point. I’ll try to explain my opinion in detail to keep you from being distracted.

    What is wrong with McCain crusading against sex trafficking and child pornography? Just because he is a republican, and some republicans are pedophiles, why can’t we discuss what this truly entails instead of pointing out the actions of a few of his colleagues? If his intent is truthful wouldn’t he in turn destroy the very thing you guys are complaining about?

    This “article,” or whatever you want to call it lists nothing about the issue. All I see are a group of like minded individuals bolstering one another’s prejudice viewpoints like a bunch of hooded figures standing around a burning cross. Shame on all of you for picking such a medium for an ego boost. Sex trafficking and child pornography should be addressed and dealt with and if John McCain decides to truly pursue the matter while flanked by a party of pedophiles and degenerates we should at least be mature enough to give him a thumbs up.

    Seriously you should all keep this type of discourse on Youtube. This topic has a bad approval rating for a good reason.

  • McCain should not be president and here's the main issues why not:
    1. Changes his stance just 11 minutes into the same interview on the same question
    2. He is for staying the course in Iraq for 100 years
    3. He is for invading Iran
    4. He is clueless on the Iraq progress
    5. He is self admittedly clueless on economics which is our country's primary problem
    6. He defends and believes in Bush's policy and has stated he plans on staying the course

    Diode and whoever else sides with this ignorant mccain - there are much worse things happening in this country and in this world - let's not forget all the innocent children in Iraq who have been murdered, maimed or will be due to this administrations incompetent efforts to rape Iraq for it's oil - and let's not forget, control of money in the developing middle east.

    mccain is not more competent today than Busheney was at the onset of the war. This is an issue to evade, to change the subject, to re-direct attention, to manipulate voters, plain and simple.

    You must realize how dangerous it is for us to have a candidate who for political ambitions rattles a saber. If you're not so sure - check out the war in Iraq and Busheney's saber rattling.

    Know how Janet Reno came to national prominence? By showing graphic pictures to children, by planting words and ideas in their heads, manipulating children so SHE could be a somebody. She was so grossly incompetent she allowed / caused many many children to be burned to death at Waco.

    Seriously, do you want policy determined by the politically ambitious?

  • I never said McCain should be the president of the United States and I’m certainly not siding with the man on every issue he has. I said sex trafficking and child pornography is wrong and we should be supportive of anyone who wants to fix these problems. Waco and Iraq have nothing to do with my argument. As an added note I hear from people like you al the time that we should focus on American issues instead of the world at large. So why is it that you guys slam exactly what you’ve been crying for?

    Of course it is a no brainier issue. How fucking stupid do you think everyone is that doesn’t agree wholeheartedly with everything you believe? Once again I was trying to make a point that none of you can or will properly address. When you get the chance to talk to friend or business mate about what’s wrong with this country you’ll ignore this issue not because it has no merit. You will ignore this issue because it was brought to light by someone you do not agree with. Prejudice and hypocritical, that’s what you guys are.

    this is an issue in our country going on under our noses that can be fixed. this has nothing to do with political beliefs. its something in this country that can be fixed and needs to be addressed and a solution worked on.
