    well nothing else in the past 50 years have worked since the govt promoted immigrants coming over so they could set them up in corperate and cheaper labour than that already provided and fling them into ill maintained and poorly administered working class estates. ignore the problem for 50 years and you get today. although i do agree, making it a saturday class is a stupid idea.
