  • i love the idea although the actual film doesent realy explain wheather eating green means green as in veggie color green or green as in food being grown in renuable ways with renuable energy , even if their not 97% green ? they should have explaind some of the ways they are green?

  • Thanks kmcq55 for the explanation. Even without it, however, I understood that they were trying to run this business the best they could. I liked what the woman said about trying. Also, how the gentleman said that they don't have the funds to make this business 100% sustainable but they're doing the best they can. And I found that was the most important message in the whole pod.
I think that it can inspire people to take up the cause the best way they know how and that message rang loud and clear in this. So overall, great pod!

  • Keith,

I enjoyed the film and wasn't confused at all. I thought the editing was quite nice actually. You may not be happy with the result, it may not have been what you delivered, but your pod was chosen out of the tens of thousands of pods that are available here at Current.

Don't worry, be happy. Tell the people at Picnick thanks for all of their efforts and that they have a new customer. I'll be there some time this week!
  • I think it's awesome that these people went out on a limb to try something new. Sure, it's not perfect, but they're doing everything they can. If the food is good, something good will come out of it! Maybe I'll stop by next time I'm in NYC.

  • Great pod! I'd like to know what they are serving? What was that glass of green stuff with the red stuff on top? I hope this enourages more people to 'try' going green.

  • I am going to put it in my GPS.We have a restaruant here called DRAZIL. It was opened by a couple of doctors from one of our local hospitals. I keep a list of eatspots that are organic as they can be.

  • "Just try world, it's the least than you can do." Rock on, this is a totally awesome little venture. Yeah it's not perfect, but they're in the same boat as most of the rest of it--constricted finances and a will to do the best they can with what they have. Best of luck!

  • I think it's really cool that they came up with an idea and went for it and made it happen; and for that I say congrats.

But this go green mentality that everyone is on is like every other go fad that reigns for a couple of years in every decade since the Earth had humans. It's just going to go away. Maybe this one will be different. I'm not partaking in it. I try to do things that are good for the Earth but I don't go out of my way to do those things.
