Constant protesting, violence and attacks have once again turned the streets of Beirut into a battlefield. Hezbollah supporters have infiltrated Lebanon’s capital, blockaded the airport and set fire to communication hubs and other buildings. Elsewhere in the city, what started out as protests has turned to violence and destruction, forcing many to leave their homes in hopes of finding safety.
