My name is Richard Ross and I play all the parts in this video. I hope you enjoy it and if you do that you pass it along to others. I died in Austin Texas on November 27 of 2007 at the age of 65. I spent most of my life and it was as colorful and exciting as a life can be drawing pen and ink sketches of different places. I have drawings all over the world and my dear friend Ed Asner has a large collection. If everyone was like Ed Asner then Earth would be Heaven right now. I loved many cities in America including El Paso, Seattle, and Austin among many others. I used both sides of my brain and that had something to do with a train wreck where I was pronounced dead in Houston. I could draw two different things at the same time. I never grew up because I did not like where it led. I jumped into the body of a dear friend on the fifth day after my death and if that seems crazy to you well, your ladder doesn't have enough rungs yet. I asked permission the first day that I met Johnnie Hargrave and he granted it. This must be done. It is very crowded in here and I have met so many wonderful souls. I would call it Heaven but it's too much fun to just be Heaven. Three days ago I ran into Will Rogers and he told me to get me a Current site.I have decided to call my site Hitlers Moustache and it is something that I think will allow me to do many different things through this forum. Johnnie and I were going to do a small video where I was going to play both Hitler and Eva Braun in the bunker and it was going to be fantastic. I want Johnnie to do it soon but he thinks that there is no one that could do it like me. If you are out there and think this might be down your alley contact me. I will look into your soul and let Johnnie know what to do. I am wearing him out I know but I will let up soon. I am just having too much fun. No pain, no hunger, and in closing. If you do decide to ask to jump into someone, be extra careful. The wrong person is hell. Every connection that you make through out your life is a small jump for you. Please let all your jumps be done in the name of Love. I will be putting small clips that are resting on small tapes on soon and some of my drawings. I will probably be rotating them weekly. Thats all for now. If you like what you see or hear, tell your friends, if not tell someone who has pissed you off. People are watching and reading my words all over the world. I couldn't get a dog to look at me when I was alive unless I had a steak in my hand.   • Lifterbaron.....I would love to know why you feel the way you do and if you have read any comments that I have made on other subjects. My purpose is to bring some enjoyment to this world and networking with others is the only way it can be done. I believe Current is exactly the place I should be and I am enjoying the feedback that I am receiving. I tried you tube and was sickened by the attitudes. My whole purpose is to get people to see something a little different. It sets me back to hear negativity and would love to know the reason....Richard

  • well as the saying goes things get stranger and stranger. Richard used to always say Austin didn't appreciate artists and his brilliance and spirit were definately not acknowledged except by a select few. He was my best friend for a lot of years and I'm thrilled to see his legacy live on. Richard is such a special being that unless you knew him personally it might be a little hard to understand his quirky sense of humor. He was an advanced physicist, artist par excellance and sometimes quite nuts. But only in a good way. He loves his friends beyond measure and vice versa. The universe is his stage now.

  • I dont even know what section this is in now?? Humor I hope.. Im not discrediting your ability to lighten the mood.. But i dont come to Current to watch indie films and what ever.. I come here for information on the the ever-changing, messed up world. I like to see what other people think and formulate my opinions and strategize "next steps" in my personal effort to aid in the changing of the humanity by any and all means efficient. Your "youtube thing" didn't strike me as something thats makes an impact.

  • Richard Ross was one of the most loving,kind, people that ever took a breath on this planet. The first day I met him he was depressed and totally despondent. He would set up in front of Peoples pharmacy in Austin and sell his drawings and give them to others that loved them but couldn't afford them. I tried to comfort him and he said you would not understand. He said He had just lost his Mother and did not want to go on. I told him that I did understand because I lost my Mother on May 22-2002. After the most amazing conversation I have ever had he asked me if I thought he would ever see his Mother again. I said you can if you will do what I say. I said get up, and he did, I said turn around, and he did, I said look in the glass and after a few seconds he turned his head and said "what am I looking for"? I said look, it's your Mother. You are your Mother. He started laughing and said "I see her". I know that there are some of you that think I am shamelessly promoting myself, but I am not. I want to do everything I can every day of my life to promote Love and Kindness. If you get a chance look at Gary Tyus in Jesus when I told him he was his Mother. It was a spur of the moment chance encounter in Venice. Richard and I were instant friends and it grew to something not many of you will understand or ever experience. I guess if you have never experienced a force like Richard Ross you will never feel the way I feel and have felt since I last talked to him and there was never a day that we did not talk. I would not trade places with you for anything though. I thought Current was about diversity and opening minds. I hope I was not wrong. Thank you..Johnnie Hargrave

  • i understand perspective, lifterbaron, but this dude's video is under humor, so that is why it is like this. If you look at it outside of that scope i can see why it is confusing and a little annoying, but the dude is right, if any website is about free expression and having a forum for people to digest your ideas and connect directly to your mind, it's current. Pretty strange video though. Did the whole "eddie murphy thing" haha

But I never in my wildest drems thought ther wood take an be this cheer virtual meeting. Hell, boy go to some other site an watch you some of that there negative depressing news. Better than that, take yurself out and do somethin ta change some thin fur tha better. Ain't no one got a rope aroun yer neck or a gun ta your head. That's the glorious thing bout this here Current. If in you like you somethin here, tell all yur compadres,if you got ya some, and if ya don't hell, tell yur enimies.But try an be postiv, we done got us enough of that there negativity. Let everyone swing there own rope as long as they don't hurt nobody...............Will

  • Will do you know what your saying? Cause I dont.. you have some crazy south speech impediment or something.. I think I can decipher that you think Im some sort of bad person or something.. Fine with me if yo think that.. I didn/t know this vid was under humor. Aside from that, I have no idea what most of these people are going on about.. Its like they expect me to know who this guy is.. I have no idea.. Ill let you all get back to your chuckling.
