Ordinary Israelis and Palestinians are learning to put their enmity behind them and live together. Can the politicians catch up? When the politicians fail, it’s left to real people to try to make peace.

If you want to get a good perspective of the situation there, give this a thoughtful read. I think if we leave the politicians out of it, we'll have a sincere, heart to heart peace in the Mideast. There's already much publicized corruption coming from inside the Israeli government, corruption that stinks of greed and power.
Yes, it is up to the people to try to make peace. Take the political element out of this. The people have the power. In a democratic society, the majority wins.
