The two remaining College Democrats Superdelegates endorse Obama. Bringing his superdelegate count to four since the voting in West Virgina ended yesterday.
"As a member of the generation that came of age under George W. Bush, believe me...Barack Obama is absolutely the change we can believe in"

This stands as a nice contrast to the images out of West Virgina yesterday. Change can be hard, but the time is now. Thanks Lauren, Awais and the CDA.
-
My words exactly Krag...kudos to the CDA!

The young people of America make me proud. They are taking the time to be informed and acting on it. This is enthusiasm that can't be beat. Thanks Krag.

Wow...
I love this vibe. All of you are so positive. Keep it up and lets tell the world we are ready to lead again.
Proud youth of America. Whooohh!! -
I just heard on XM from Randi Rhodes that John Edwards plans to Endorse Obama tonight. That will give Obama 19 more Delegates. Let's hope it's true. Maybe the insanity will stop. It may be a bunch of gossip, but watch the network news at six. I decided to share on the kids blog, because they are good news.

Here, here Marilynn – Stop the Insanity!
Gov Bill Richardson is now calling for HillBilly to step aside and let the Dems get to the real business of kick’en John McBush’s butt.
-
Callimg for her to step aside should become a roar. Please someone tell her it's over.

Super! Delegates (CDA)...thanks for putting this youtube video up here Krag
So positive, gave me a great feeling watching their enthusiasm...."yes we can"

after the Wright scandal , i'm voting for McCain .
Obama withered under fire - i don't care what he says , and how appealing it may seem to be , or who endorses him ( Bush could , for all i care ) - the guy is not fit to run this country - this country needs the kind of guy who will rot in a hanoi hilton before he gives in to the islamo-fascists / commie bastards who all the pacifists think will just disappear if they aren't killed instead - breaking news : the bloodthirsty savages will not be stepping aside - they will simply wait patiently for the climate to change and then they'll strike again , except next time they'll have nukes .
( BTW , this is a transcription of one side of a convo i overheard at a starbucks this morning , within 3 miles of Al Gore's house , just beside Belle Meade , in Nashville Tn. - just to show you what Al's town sounds like ) -
So, Wright is bad, But Hagee, Fallwell, and Parsley are okay? Go figure?

"one america" has never been a good thing - beware of Edwards' rhetoric - "one america" amounts to a dictatorship , however it's dressed up . when "one america" is the catch-phrase Edwards employs to endorse Obama , it's not a good thing - and what kind of job is Edwards betting on getting if Obama wins ? good timing on Edwards' part isn't it ?
this is my actual opinion about Edwards' endorsement - he is a heel licking gimp.
i support Obama , but Edwards hasn't done him any favors , in my opinion .
this nation is , in fact , "at war" , and having "one america" is the last thing this country needs - Bush thought in terms of one america , and Obama could just as easily fall into the same trap if he capitalizes on the phrase and incorporates it into his public persona - actually , it would be his downfall , as Obama is about diversity , right ?
"one america" is a pipe dream . -
You are so inspiring aren't you? Edwards did him one Hell of a favor tonight.

Go Obama!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
it's not necessarily all about if he gets elected , it's how - having one's election influenced by the likes of an Edwards , whose theme is a naive and patently out-dated "one america" shtick , could possibly be worse for Obama , in office , than never having had a pandering Edwards raise votes . getting the job is the least of a new president's worries once in office - it's being all that his/her hype said he/she would be - all the best intentions in the world won't satisfy an electorate who bought into a sales-pitch they fully expected returns on . it's not inspiring is it ? but it's politics .
-
What are you talking about, the likes of Edwards? He is very well respected, and yes loved by many people. I have the distinct feeling you are full of macaroni.

do you honestly think , Marilynn , that the american public actually remembers much about Edwards , beyond him being a rather agreeable looking guy who didn't create too much wake , and whose endorsement of Obama amounts to nothing much more than some white guy who with his "one america" act goes some way towards healing the kind of bad press Obama's association with Wright stirred up ?
Edwards is a stage prop . ( and yes , i might be full of macaroni , but talking politics is just such good fun ) -
Hunter2323, Why? They took a vote and they are supporting the person that won,

Hey malathion, I’m going to hold you to your “pledged” 3rd McBush term vote.
I hear what you’re saying about the pandering, don’t buy the hype. I agree.
History will show that this IS a pivotal point in America. Much like the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, WWI, WWII, Kennedy’s assignation, Dr. King’s speech, the Summer of 1969, the fall of Communism and 9/11.
In America, the courageous have always stood for what is worthy, every time! Talk about pressure, the Founders were going to be hung if they failed. When the call is to be made, Americas will respond. It’s what we do! It will always help us to prevail as Americans.
PS – Bush and his BS crew really screwed it up, but America has started to fix that by means of banishing the authoritative and we will set thing right again.
