I always enjoy watching videos like this. Just like Jules Verne predicted the future, Disney might be doing the same in this video, except the future is today. Many of the in-car technologies are already available in modern cars and will become mainstream/standard in the next 10-15 years (just like air-conditioning).
We just need to make highways faster and create the emergency units from the video. Most of the other technologies already exist in some form today.

Upside down roads are not a good idea, they just look fancy. I could see this segueing to the Fifth Element. Ruby Rod dancing around the boat that stack everyone together.
