  • I think there are too many cards at the top of this this piece, we should get into the interviews sooner.

Also, it's almost impossible to see the guy sitting at the table.

  • First of all, a big shout out to my homeboys back on the Navajo reservation.. They give me my first board 8 years ago. Since then I never stopped Skateboarding.. When I came into the city I noticed more kids with skateboards, nice clothes, shoes, But that didn't bug me. It just keep me focused and positive views when stress moved in. But it's fucked up to see major companies creep in. Bunch of capitalist pigs.. It's stupid to see pros on money tV too!

  • i feel what u mean for how u want ur sport to be underground agin. cuz most of the people now who sponser ur pro r only there for the money train. but at leats You all Are recanized u can pull up thousands of site and profiles, on the shit, but us being a blader, a freestyle roller, where so under grown its like we're a ghost. when was the last time u seen a blader comp at the X' games when we're the ones who statered the damn thing.

  • Yes skateboarding is becoming into a fashion. In my opinion it's great that it is, but theres too many companies trying to make cash from it even though they don't know anything about it. Companies should stop trying to manufacture skateboards and stick too what they started before skateboarding.

  • Skateboarding as a fashion or a fad isnt quite as comparable as clothing or music trends. Its easy to buy a new album or fit yourself up in new clothes, but to actually go through the highs and lows of being a skater is much harder. Companies jump on the wagon every few years, Ive seen it since I started skating in the 80's. What made me laugh though was a few months ago I saw a young boy with a T Shirt saying..'Skateboarding is not a sport' a full reversal of what I was banging on about when I was his age...We still get harrassed on the street as people seem to still think skaters wake up and plan to mainly crash into old folk as fast as they can. Dont get me wrong, I think its healthy to scare em once in a while, keep em frisky and all that! Seriously though, large companies only see money, but it it filters through and skaters get even the smallest benefet, ie, skateparks and its not so bad. Real skaters delve deeper all share the rules and respect on the street. Ive never met a skater yet that isnt friendly towards me if im riding or bailing, mainly baling these days though!
