- Lude law (1)
From the Portland Tribune
Oregon has atempted a lude law simmilar to the law passed last week in Indiana which fines and labels lude and lusidious content in books, artwork, and all public displays. This law and simmilar laws would require average bookstores such as Borders or Waldenbooks as well as many mom and pop stores to register alongside hardcore pornopgraphic stores and stripclubs. Many people are objecting to the law including the founder of Dark Horse Comics, and many local bookstore owners. The main objection,"Any content can be offensive to someone."
