Aren't regular soldiers deadly enough?
I sure could have used this when I had a job bucking hay, and I could imagine many practical uses that wouldn't involve killing anyone.
Taser International already has a taser robot, could a fully automated "Terminator" style military robot be far away? With one, our soldiers could wage war from the comfort of their living rooms and still be able to go shopping after their shifts are over. We're training our children to be efficient virtual killers, I hope it never becomes the real thing.-

Can it give the US better educational facilities? Better health-care? Didn't think so. Maybe instead of spending millions on technological advancements for killing people, we should concentrate on the future of the next generations.
