Italian prime minister, Silvio Berlusconi has named former topless model and beauty queen Mara Carfagna as equal opportunities minister in his new cabinet. The 33 year-old former showgirl has a degree in law and wrote her thesis on rights of information and broadcasting systems. Apparently she has a strong ‘family values’ platform and refuses to discuss her modeling days saying “I am a bit of a prude.”
