I went to one of his shows last year, and it was the most insane and amazing show I've ever been to. The energy in the crowd is off the charts.

girl talk was supposed to play at my co-op, came over and got wasted instead, and then canceled the last 2 days of his tour.

girl talk is really good
hope he comes to baltimore sometime soon -
Girl Talk just released his latest album "Feed the Animals" on the record label Illegal Art. Illegal Art and Gregg Gillis (Girl Talk) decided to give the public the job of naming their price. If you visit Illegalart.net you can download the album and name your price. Radiohead made this same type of release popular when they let their fans pay what they wanted for a downloadable version of "In Rainbows"
This is becoming more popular and will someday be the way all albums are released with the rising popularity of iTunes and the impossibility of prosecuting music pirates.-

Hey thanks Douglas for doing this. And adding that extra Future of Sampling section. Very cool. I am suprised GT's work has gone unchallenged for the most part. Future looks bright.
Big up to REP Doyle. in "Good Copy Bad Copy". Thanks for that Kibiyama
I just reviewed Gillis's latest album Feed the Animals at my blog. Its pretty darn in depth. Check it out here:
