Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted sabotage after one of them was stopped at the entrance of the Oskarshamn nuclear plant in Sweden with a bag containing traces of an explosive substance, police said.Police said the bag contained traces of triacetone triperoxide, or TATP, an explosive used in the London bombings in 2005.
A plant spokesman said the second man was arrested because "there is some uncertainty about who owns the bag".
Following the discovery the bomb squad was dispatched to the scene.

What does it need for policy makers around the world to aknowledge the enormous risk and costs, that nuclear plants pose?
Nuclear Energy is among the most expensive, that you can find. The Lobby is always only counting the running costs of the plants, but there are far greater costs and risks:
- you have to store the radiating material for thousands of years, something wich is virtually impossible up to now
- you have to cover the costs of a potential nuclear meltdown (Tschernobyl, anyone?)
- A catastrophic meltdown in a highly populated area is highly possible at some time during the comming years and decades:
Moste Reactors are old ald errorprone. They can not stand a terrorist attack (by plane or something similar)
- The costs of such a catatstrophe are calcualted to be some hundret million Dollars.
- Nuclear plants produce 31grams of CO2 per Kwh. That is nearly twice as much as wind energy
- Uranium is not an renewable Energy source. The ressources have a reach of 20 to a maximum of 70 years. And the higher the demand, the higher the price. Alone in 2006 the price of uranium rised vom 9 to 60 Dollars per pound
- Civilian use of Nuclear power spreads atomic proliferation (Iran, anyone?)There are toons of reasons more. Just check with greenpeace or any other real environmentalist group of your trust.
