Simon Cowell turned out to be WRONG. Tuesday night he did everything possible to crown David Archuleta the new American Idol. He may be Simon’s guy but it turns out that David Cook won by a monumental margin of 12 million votes over his 17 year old competitor. Not even close folks.

Sorry Simon, you gave the winner away when you started back pedeling and appoligizeing to David Cook. Altho I knew all along that Cook was going to win because he was always trying to make the songs his own and did in the most part.

He didn't back peddle at all.
He didn't crown someone the winner.
He just said that David A did a better job. Then he watched again and wanted to correct himself. He's done it before...no one has made a comment until they want to make a big deal out of a small thing.
The only time he was for sure that someone was going to win was Carrie Underwood.
