I think thats a really good idea! Even though we are not as populated as Japan, we should incorporate some of these Ideas, I like their 1 DK apartment layouts, too.

The first clip they show makes it seem like it would take a long time for them to get your car, back it out, turn it around and for you to drive off. What would that be like in "rush hour"? Maybe I'm not seeing the whole process. But its brilliant none the less.
