what a truly stupid woman! like the attourney said... "poop happens" If I sued the city for everytime i stepped in dog poo id be one rich woman... im sure there's of plenty people who feel the same...comon who hasn't cleaned poop of their shoes?

well if there are fines for dogs pooping you should be able to sue for stepping in it...

the only way she might have won the case is if she could prove who the owner of the dog was so the fine could then be put on the owner, not the city.
but seriously... the trainers couldnt have been that expensive .. and if their time at the Maritime Aquarium was so bad...why not sue for more? ...to sue the city for $100 is just a pure waste of time. If i was the Attourney for this case... I'd make her pay court costs for time wasting.
