There are plenty of illegal things both the Canadian and American Government do. For one, staging democratic elections when i sincerely believe leaders are are appointed. Canada has always pushed for an extensive educations system and teachers' salaries dont depend on grades-thus removing corruption- and has worked to make its history no matter how extensive or short... as un biased as possible....

Honestly I agree with the Canadian Supreme Court. The U.S government is corrupt, oppressive, and does not abide by the laws. The solution I believe to these issues is a well educated, and a well informed populous so that this would not be able to go on. Of course many people are willing to believe things from the government, such as the EPA report which was made by Exon Mobil scientist, so obviously they're going to deny the existence of Global Warming.
