The Libertarian Party has picked Bob Barr to lead the presidential ticket with Wayne Allen Root as his running mate. The decision was made at the Libertarian National Convention in Denver, Colorado. Sen. Mike Gravel, who campaigned both for the Libertarian and the Democratic nomination, has said that he will end his political career and not pursue the presidency.
