It's a tragedy how some people have used the freedoms this country allows them to take advantage of other people. We need much stricter laws on predatory marketing, advertising, and lending. All car salesmen should be taken out and shot while we're at it.

Thank you for this video.
I cried. -
I'm glad you liked it. You are so right about the laws. Seems there is none theses days. Thanks for checking it out.
I'm uploading a funny one about gas prices, it should be up soon.-

Of course, these mortgage servicers are absolute scum.
Still, the images shown here are certainly not all victims of this scam. Homelessness is indeed tragic for those involved, especially families and children. It also had many root causes.
wrt the bad mortgages, perhaps a good dose of education might prevent many to avoid foreclosure by not purchasing more than they can afford in the first place.
I don't know the story behind any of these images. However to suggest, even slightly as this video seems to do, that an untreated mentally ill person suffers chronic homelessness because of mortgage service companies does the cause a great disservice.-

This mortgage servicing problem is a crime that not many people know about. The MANY homeless are what the video is really about and why I made it.
Thanks-

Excellent video. Very powerful and moving.

if you decide to do an updated version of this video, please fix the two egregious spelling errors that have me pulling my hair out.
1: Families, not Family's
2: Surely, not surly (surly means dark, dismal)-

I have been there when i turned 17 and the state of MN kicked me out of my mom's house. Homeless twice now I'm an aspiring game developer. Only child no parents now, and first thing I do when I graduate is move out of the US because I see how corrupt this country is becoming. It's not the American dream unless your on the receiving end.

Nice pod. Definitely needs more exploration.

This is very touching, but on another level, I'd be remiss if I didn't pose the challenge -- are these people homeless because of the mortage crisis?
Believe me, the homeless break my heart, and I regularly contribute to charity. But from a journalistic point of view -- do the pictures support the ideas?
