"UFO" explodes over Vietnam

The Vietnam News Agency has reported that an unidentified flying object exploded mid air near an island in the southern part of the nation. Villagers heard the loud noises, and found metal debris.

Is it an alien craft? Or have they found Oceanic Flight 815?

  • thats kind of mad. If no airplanes are missing and no satelites reported down, then what was it? I wonder if people will just "let it go" as "one of those things" or what...

  • UFO - unidentified flying object does not mean alien aircraft. It usually means, some country made a mistake and would rather we do not ever know what that mistake was. that would be my guess. Until there is an official claim of some kind, we will remain forever in the dark. And maybe will be so after an official claim. Oh well, as long as no one was hurt - it's a minor conundrum.
