Investigation as to the cause of the helicopter crash that killed two people in Devon are underway.
A witness told BBC News that the aircraft hit power lines before the crash. It is believed the helicopter was taking part in a low-flying training exercise. Nearly 12,000 homes in the area lost power as a result.
Emergency crews were called after the Squirrel helicopter came down in dense woodland near Kingscott, Torrington, on Wednesday afternoon. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other died later in hospital.
