Gas prices have gone so high some stations pumps can't register more than $3.99 per gallon forcing some owners to eat the difference. Other stations have $75.00 credit card limits, originally designed to prevent potential fraud. The theory being someone with a stolen card would fill up all his/her buddies cars as well. Who knew the fraud and theft would be coming from the pump itself.
