Alien video: - Still Image from video released.

During a press conference today in Denver, Jeff Peckman presented a video purportedly showing a real live alien (pictured, enlargement). The grainy, black and white video shot by Stan Romanek shows what appears to be a creature with a balloon-shaped head, white face and and large black eyes peeping into a window.

"If it was a puppet, it would be a very elaborate and sophisticated puppet," said Alejandro Rojas, education director of MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network, who spoke at the press conference.

The linked news article shows an attempt to make a knock-off of the footage. The knock off is small, and I couldn't find a larger version. Guess we'll all have to wait for the DVD for the "actual" footage. I listened to the interview with the owner of the video on Coast To Coast Thursday night. Interesting stuff. Who knows if it's real. I'll save my views until a discussion begins.

    I am a firm believer in life elsewhere. Whether this is actually an ET, I can only wonder. Nice to see that Dr. Steven Greer is involved behind the scenes with these guys. I have a lot of respect for the work he's done in trying to bring awareness.

    For those who haven't seen the video of the Disclosure Project press conference from the National Press Club in May 2001, it is an entertaining video. It shows several military and law enforcement officials coming forward and discussing their experiences. Hard to believe that was 7 years ago!

    i highly doubt it would look like the one's portayed in our movies and cartoons.

  • Good point earthhugger. I am skeptical too. Having worked with 3D and video for years, I am not convinced by video of anything much anymore. Especially since camera and motion tracking is so easy to do.

    For me, this video is more about the person who shot it, what was their access to CGI capabilities and their knowledge of it. Or if someone assisted them in a hoax.

    Hearing him on Coast To Coast, he sounded like a simple farmer who caught something on his camera. Though nowadays anyone can purchase Adobe CS3 Premium and Cinema4d, and say a membership to Lynda.com for tutorials can pretty much produce what they want.

    Though some have said that movies like Close Encounters of the Third Kind, ET, and alike, have been tools to assist in the introduction of alien life forms to the masses. So that if humans are to indeed finally have encounters on a mass scale, some if not most of us, won't be shocked by the appearance.

    Movies like independence Day and War of the Worlds bother me, since I doubt that Alien life forms would visit us only to destroy us. After all, we're doing a heck of a job by ourselves in that regard. Yep... I'd probably be one of the idiots on top of the building in Independence Day with a sign saying "Welcome" only to end of being dematerialized by an alien beam. 8-)

  • Ya, seen the Disclosure Project. It was great.

    No doubt there's life out there. That alien head looks like one I saw - or dreamed I saw as a young child.
