Rwanda's justice minister has denied the transfer of a man being accused of contributing to the genocides in the racial torn country. The genocide consisted of 800,000 Tutsis and moderate Hutus murdered in 1994. The ethnic cleanse has been one of the major atrocities in current events and continues to this day.
