While I agree that this particular display of behavior may seem cute at first, keep in mind that cockatoos are VERY temperamental birds; They don't always even need to be startled by loud music to become dangerous, either. What you're actually witnessing here is actually a threatening stance, likely due to being startled by the music volume and the proximity of the film-maker.
Do NOT move closer to a bird if it's starting to act this way; Even people who've properly socialized their cockatoos and have known them for years have been known to end up needing cosmetic surgery because they didn't heed the warnings. I was really worried for the film-maker's sake when I first saw this.
