Damascus Gate is now the Guinness World Record holder for largest restaurant. It's 6,014 seats trumps the 5,000 of a Bangkok eatery.
Officials from the world record organization say that the restaurant runs like a 'mini-factor.'
"Um, can I get 50,000 orders of hummus, and a coke."

Why would you need a restaurant that big?
-
Maybe if you wanted to have a REALLY big wedding reception?
I wonder how much food they go through in a day...and how much is wasted. I hope they don't keep enough food on hand to feed that many people, cause I expect that would be a lot of spoiled food tossed every day... -
What's that saying? Oh yeah.
"The bigger the crowd, the more people show up."
