Everyone was expecting kisses and hugs to be shared by Obama and his lovely wife when he got the news he had won the nomination. Instead, they fist-bumped. How cool is that?

  • Well, after the flak Gore got when he dipped and hot-kissed Tipper, this was a refreshing whiff of that overused mantra, 'Change'... lol

  • Mrs. Obama actually said, "Bump", while doing her "Shout Out" to the nominee.

  • I love the way they're looking at each other. You can tell they have a real connection, not just a political marriage.

  • If this makes it on Current TV then I will know it is no different than the MSM with its vapid coverage of insignificance over issues. The climate change bill in Congress right now can't even get to the top but this can? Looks like The Assault On Reason was right on the mark. But i suspect it isn't because in all cases the media brainwashes people by appealing to the side of their brain controlled by emotion over reason... i am actually beginning to think people enjoy this over the issues in a campaign so they don't have to discuss them.

  • Anyone else see this happen, then get launched into a string of jokes about seeing the future president "pound" his wife on national TV, only to realize several minutes later that you missed the beginning of the speech?

    Yeah, me neither.

  • They are obviously very good friends to be able to joke around with each other the way that they do. There is hope for America in watching such a wonderful relationship in action.
