Zimbabwe's government has indefinitely suspended all field work by aid groups and non-governmental organisations.
Social Welfare Minister Nicholas Goche accused several of "breaching the terms and conditions of their registration", in a written notice sent to the groups.
Earlier, police detained a group of US and UK diplomats for several hours as they investigated political violence there, US ambassador James McGee said.
The US and UK demanded an explanation for the "unjust and outrageous" move.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,And Mugabe does this to his people as he stands before the summit and blames the West for all of his economic woe's.

The banner in the picture speaks volumes, and only furthers the fact that Mugabe's actions never seem to stop shocking me.

Mugabe is really doing a bad PR job lately. Even the name Mugabe sounds like he's pure evil.
Was that the name of the villain in Zoolander?
Anyways, as long as he keeps cranking out those banners, I'm sure no one will notice his incredible wrong doings.-

Hey guys,
Check out this link to the original piece about this situation.
What can we do? If the international community intervenes, it might just be another Iraq style regime change. If we don't the general population of Zim continues to suffer. I once heard a human rights campaigner from south east Asia reflecting in their own situation (sorry cannot remember who or where) say that you cannot force a people to throw off their persecution. Basically, she thought the timing had to be right for the local people to make the decision on when to act against their government .... Not anyone else, even at the cost of longer suffering.-

http://current.com/items/89004681_uk_government_reviewing_mugabe_s_honorary_knighthoodWhat's the latest with Mugabe and the end of his reign? He lost the election (despite his protests). When is he going?
I was amazed to hear Britain gave him an honorary knighthood. I'm even more baffled as to why they even need to think about taking it back. -
Mugabe, Gabie, Gabie, Out Out Out !

BBC.co.uk ,,,,Zimbabwe's authorities have stopped opposition presidential candidate Morgan Tsvangirai from campaigning for the 27 June election.
The order banning "several future rallies" came after police briefly detained Mr Tsvangirai ahead of a rally in the second-largest city of Bulawayo.
The length or extent of the ban, which cites security fears, is not yet clear.
It comes soon after the government banned food aid distribution, saying agencies were helping the opposition.
