  • if people would really read the Bible through they would relize there it is true and that there is hope, and that they can have joy and happiness in Jesus, and confidence of who they are b/c who Christ is through them. the Bible is encouraging and is used to disciple and direct you in your life. the Bible shows that God gives life to the dead in spirt. you just have to accept Him into your heart and believe Jesus died on the cross for your sins and repent and turn from your sins. that is when the blood of Jesus covers you and God doesn't see you as a wretched soul. but sees you through the blood of His son. and that you are forgive for your sins. this just brings joy and happiness to God. it say that the angels rejoice when just one soul is won for the kingdom. people can say what ever they want to, but there is a God. the evidence is all around us. He has done so much in my i can't help but praise Him for who He is and believe there is a God.
  • Funny, but it is a matter of opinion.

  • This is great. If they label so-called "Gangster Rap" with a parental advisory warning, then the same should be done with the bible. However most Christians have not read the bible, they have only heard they respective preachers' interpretations thereof. I suppose when it's biblical violence and miracles, no warning is needed as blind faith is the aim of religion.

  • Why does 'He' let us sin in the first place? Why not save us all the bother and eradicate sin all together? He is all powerful, right? Why all the human sacrifice? Why is my soul wretched until I'm covered in blood? God is clearly messed up. If I read 'Lord of the Rings' and started believing in Gandalf and Mordor, how is that different to being a Christian???
