On August 5, 2007, a Discover Channel Program, “CAN WE CONTROL THE WEATHER?” was aired for the first time. It was an interesting program about hurricanes, scientific interest in controlling them, and also scientific interest in local and global control of the weather.
However, the underlying theme of the presentation was about ethics, politics, technology, scientific uncertainty, and morality. Part of the program was based upon a paper written in February 2002, by Dr. Ross N. Hoffman, “Controlling the Global Weather.”
What are the risks and ethical considerations if scientists “play god” and try to control the weather? Who has oversight over their actions? Does the public have a right to know about these experiments and their environmental and human health implications?
Weather Modification may adversely impact agricultural crops and water supplies. If the weather is changed in one state or region of our country it may have severe consequences for other regions of our country. And who is going to decide the type of weather modification experimentation and who it will benefit or adversely affect? There are many ethical questions to be raised with regard to weather modification programs.

Eyewitness reports:

I hate to say it but our Govrnment has been puppets for 24 or more years, that bow down to corporations and the super wealthy. Go to downsizedc.org to get involved. Sign the petitions and write your Congressmen to hold them accountable. That way they know we are watching them and we are aware of their actions.

Chemtrail Weather Control
NBC4 investigating Chemtrails in the San Bernardino mountains CA,USA.
Eyewitnesses report contrails that dissipate over hours and seem to drip. Neighbors report yellow sticky "pollen" covering their cars. No natural pollens were found when tested. No one knows what the mysterious chemicals in the sky and on the ground are.
Barium and aluminum are believed to be in these clouds. There has been a spike in both substances in the local drinking water since the early 1990s-

I think this is irresponsible of any group to assume that these experiments can go on without some type of disclosure to the public. And, if indeed they are affecting the health of people that is disgraceful.

Our government researches insensitively and covers up these abominations in the name of national security...
Isn't it ironic how the inventors always want their creations to help mankind, but some money hungry fool comes along and ruins everything by turning the dream into his own selfish money scheme...-
