This largely successful event held at the University of Oregon raised over $1000 in 4 hours thanks to Oregon Voice publisher Stephen Person. Oregon Voice magazine and Greenhill Humane society teamed up to create this event where students could rent play time with their adoptable dogs. The event was so successful that Person plans on having many more Rent-A-Pooch events. This event is a great way to get exposure for the dogs in hopes of finding a happy home.
