I thought this to be a provocative article that generates discussion about freedom of expression. what say you?

  • two or three things about this......very offensive, a hint of chauvinism, rasicm, self- righteousness and ignorance. the guy said that is was character assassination, about the media.....the point being that he was actually trying to make a point. what it is i cant really tell you. the point of art is to make you have a thought that is new to you, that makes you uncomfortable ect., this is expression of his veiws, and while they may be deplorable, it is his right as an American to spout whatever he feels in a safe manner. he has the freedom to outrage and disgust anyone he feels like if it doenst physically harm anyone. it boils down to, if you do not accept his veiws/art, dont look at or encourage it. and i find it a bit ironic that this is taken down before it can be viewed but the KKK can still burn crosses. whats the difference?

  • Yeah, I share your views. It's disturbing on several fronts, and more uncomfortable that I do share some support of censorship in that regard. Wow, interesting world we share indeed...
