The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) reports that 87,600 surgical operations were performed on 13-19 year olds in 2007, mostly for breast reduction in young males and nose reshaping.

Thats a very interesting topic because i understand how it feels not to fit in but i dont think that you need to go get surgery but maybe its my up beginning because i was told to love myself even if i had a big ears or lopsided breasts lololol'd

Everone looks weird for atleast a little bit of time during puberty. It's just the bridge between childhood and adulthood...Get over it.
