Study shows women prefer to look at naked women

As a woman I can verify this...even naked pictures of men are boring! No matter how 'hot'.

Naked pictures of women, on the other hand, get me deeply embarassed, which would explain the blood rush in most women.

And yes I'm straight.

I'm not really surprised, because to some degree the male nude has been over-rated and frustratingly overexposed, that it can become as repetitive as those damn Male Enhancement commercials on television.

To each her own I suppose. But that's pretty interesting stuff! :)

Women are just attractive, seductive, and eye-pleasing. Women are more likely to have better sex appeal than men... period. Yes, I am straight. =]

I personally think this has something to do with the fact the world is obsessed with women's sexuality.

Think about it; a small kid reading all the magazines and seeing only TV shows and music videos where women are always associated with sexuality will eventually make them feel slightly aroused by it.

This is kind of funny. You'll probably see this angering some straight women though. I can agree with part of this article but to say that the body of my boyfriend is not equally or even more appealing would be a lie.

This makes complete sense to me. Regardless of sexual orientation, I think women are just objectively beautiful and often very pleasing to the eye. It has nothing to do with morality or sexual preference in my opinion, it's just straight up aesthetics.

yoga is a calming practice which slows down the entire body. And a video of throwing stones into the ocean wouldn't have really brought a spike in adrenaline either.
calisthenics as used as warmups before exercise, which would have a different effect on the watcher. So in essence it might not have been the fact that it was men or women, it could have just been a difference in the activity displayed.

I think the way men and women view pictures and films are very different. As a straight woman, I know that when I see a sex scene or sexy photo of a woman, it's more of a turn on than looking at one of a guy, because we put ourselves in that woman's place. A guy wants to do things to the woman. The female viewer though, thinks about those things being done to her, so therefore it's more of a turn on.

Obviously... if you've noticed, you don't hear too much about the desire for two men to hook up in order to create some sort of satisfaction.

Images of naked women have the same effect on me as - women, well actually, so do dressed women, partially dressed, 1/3rd dressed, 3/4ths dressed, thoughts of dressed and undressed women, etc., etc...

Everybody is just desensitized to the male body. If you've gone to Greece, or Rome, or a beach, or anywhere outside of the bible belt, you've seen the entire male body.

Why is the US going gay? I have nothing against gay people In fact my sister is gay all the girls that went to school with her are gay, is it in the air? I find it very interesting that this is considered normal.The gay movement has made more progress in less time then the civil right movement for blacks and uses the civil rights legislation passed as a tool. I don't have a problem with that. I was attending college and a comment was made by a gay student he said being called a fag was the same as a racial slur. The use of civil right movement for equality for gays is one thing but to put the struggle and torment of being born black in those days in same category is disrespectful to blacks. I understand the feeling a gay person gets when that word is used

I think I'm one of the only ladies who disagrees with this. I've watched porn and I've seen pictures of both naked men and women. When I see naked women I think "Oh, hey look, another picture of a naked chick." Most women find penises ugly... I really like penises and I prefer to look at them over boobs or vaginas. Pictures of women don't do a thing for me.

I know for a fact that when I was in yoga class, there was this attractive woman and this gorgeous man, and half the time her shit was hanging all over the place, but all I saw was the guy who was fully clothed and I was very excited... whereas the chick never got more than a passing glance and I thought more "eww" than anything else.
