  • I absolutely won't turn away from my duties as a citizen. I'll be calling Rep Conyers and letting him know we urgently need move forward with articles of impeachment.

  • I'm sure the actions of the White House to suppress this information doesn't come as a shock to anyone.

    And there are probably many in the CIA that would like to come forward with evidence. So if this guy is so sure of fraud on the part of the White House for suppressing the evidence , and the documentation is not "classified" material, as reviewed by the CIA, why is/was he worried about a criminal conviction?

    I say bite the bullet since he is owes it to the U.S. citizens and the constitution, as he took an oath to do so. Release the Op-Ed, and risk prosecution. Not only will the story come out, but the courts will get a play by play of the contents of the report and God knows what else.

    Since I am not an attorney, would the NY times be liable for publishing this information?

    Also, this video was posted December 19, 2006. Since then Mr Leverett has become Director, Geopolitics of Energy Initiative for the New America Foundation. A D.C think tank. Makes me wonder what he's been doing with all his time since this attempt to get the info out.

    Also this information he eludes to sounds an awful lot like the new Senate Intelligence Committee information released by Senator Jay Rockefellar a few weeks ago. If it is, then this guy needs to get back no the band wagon, as the wheels are coming off.

    Either way. Great post Bretbyron. I hadn't seen this video or information.
