Bank Beat's up the little Guy
It must be nice. I mean it must be nice to own a bank. Have the government on your side and not have to answer for some of the things you do. This is the News on this Factual Story not some BS that is just being posted. A Sub Contractor did a job for a Contractor. Which was, and is Financed by Bank of America. The owner of the property went belly up along with many others in the US in the current market. The Bank Had X,Y & Z dollars set aside for this project. When the owner defaulted on the closing of the loan Bank of America of course stopped all funding to the project and under forecloser law in the greater state of Florida. The 1st mortgage cancel's all other debt out and the other people laying claim to the property for payment under the forecloser proceddings in the greater state of Florida are for lack of a better word Screwed. Thats right even if you lien the property sue, and win in a court of law. The bank will not settle the debt's until after their mortgage is satisfied first. This could drag out for months even years. We will give you one good guess who the Bank is that is taking advantage of this law in particular. That's right good old Bank of America. Way to screw the little people guys. Owe I forgot you guys are in business because of the little guys. If you think this law needs to be reformed please chime in and let you voice be heard. The money was ear marked for this job from the beginning, and we want to know what you think. We are sorry to say it is just one more bleeding example of how the rich, privleged and powerful get protected by our government. If you work hard and do good you should be paid what is justly yours.

  • Everything is definitely biased for big business, big money because they are the one's who can afford to bribe corrupt and stupid politicians.

Bank of America screws people daily. Have you ever noticed the way they post debits to your account? Take a look. They sometimes post things retroactively. That is to the prior day rather than the following day after being processed at midnight.

The difference is, if you watch your account to prevent any overdrafts and overdraft fees, they post retroactively but you can't deposit retroactively.

Nice, corrupt dishonest Bank of America. Well Fargo is no better - also a corrupt dishonest institution.
