Quidam by Cirque du Soleil made its debut in 1996. Since than the acts such as "Aerial Hoops", "Diabolos", "German Wheel" become classic and almost everybody already heard or could easily find out what they are about.
Very little publicly has been focused on the hysterically funny and extraordinary performances of the clown Toto Castineiras, which were introduced in the program in 2004. There are two acts, both involving the audience participation. The first one is a car excursion and the last one is a movie (as seen on the video), which unfolds all stages of the production from choosing the actors within the audience to the final "location filming". It's difficult to believe that the acts are not staged. It's because of Toto's directorial skills, which reveal the talents and creativity of his "actors".
