Zero was a soldier in the Iraq war. He uses his art to process his experiences and share with others how war has affected. This is part of our series on Veterans of war in the United States.

I liked hearing his description of what his work represented to him. Its good to see somebody creating an outlet to express the impact that war had on him.

It is certainly that there is beauty in all things, even in what some may consider ugly. Bravo!!

Some of the imagery here speaks boldly and with much impact. I value the comments that this person made to respond to his experiences of being in such a horrific and tragedy filled environment. As a previous person commented, I appreciate the artistic realm brought into this pod through demonstration of personal gifts and abilities. Thank you for sharing from the heart of one person deeply affected by a brutal war of horror.

There's much more to Zero's story and I hope I have the privilege to help him tell it. He's a pretty amazing guy.
