Of the thousands of U.S. troops getting discharged from the Army each year, many who are suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and brain injuries aren't getting the vital care they need. The Army claims these soldiers have pre-existing mental illnesses or are guilty of misconduct.

  • Kind Loving humans can not be placed in situations where they must do things that are against all reason......humans raised in fear and hatred with little regard for life or anything else roll with the punches.....some even enjoy war....I knew people that enjoyed Viet Nam......the same ones enjoyed drinking beer....driving country roads....killing everything alive they saw in high school.....I still think the Vikings had a good idea with the berserkers.......they scared the crap out of everyone.......why not take all the killers from prisons across America.....form an army.....station them in Saudi Arabia.....problem solved......give poor kind uneducated children an education without the carrot dangling......Golden Ruler....Johnnie Hargrave......

  • Can I still join the military band? I wont kill anyone. . . unless a projectile gets lodged in my Euphonium bell and I blow so hard that it pierces someones vitals.

  • For whatever reason, I'm unable to access Winter Soldier ( ivaw.org/wintersoldier ) ... if you haven't already I highly recommend watching all the videos. The horrors of this war are unthinkable, yet they're happening every day.

  • The care the people in the hospitals give is good, but their hands are tied and the administration is horrible and not enough money to really help these guys. Yea, a good reason NOT to join..but in troubled times when the government offers good money and education for near poverty people, its the only choice. so sad we have to depend on war to survive. If Peace was as profitable as war, would governments kill people for peace?

    I thought the government prided itself on education.
    all those ads for HIGHER EDUCATION on tv and in school...
    well, that is about the dumbest thing i ever heard.
