She argued that insects can provide an environmentally positive, healthy protein and an occasional alternative to meat, if only we could tackle the yuck factor.

i had some at a restaurant in LA, yummy yummy food, that and ants, and some other insects, not bad at all, just salty, and i do like salt

In Cambodia there were huge grasshoppers just jumping about the place, which the owner of my guesthouse loved. He caught them, put them in a jar, and cooked and ate them.
When he offered me one, how could I refuse?
It was surprisingly fleshy and tasteful. I wasn't a massive fan of the crunch of the legs though...-
