Shawn McGinley is struggling to start his life over again after dropping out if school and relocating from Ventura, CA to San Diego, CA. Shawn started school at Brooks Institute last July and is now left with over $35,000 in debt after just one year at school. He must now go back to his old job of working in kitchens with the goal of starting a photography business in his future.

Great story with conflict that all college students can relate to. Current should pick this up.

Great work. Love the very sad TV sequence. It feels as if Shawn is a prisoner there.

He says he "knows a lot of students who graduate from Brooks and can't get jobs."
Did you know this prior to attending? IF yes, why did you go there?
He was spending $3500 per month at least. What job were you doing during your year at school? What plans did you make for mitigating the cost of school and living?
What makes you think that people what to buy "good pictures" of San Diego? That is NOT a business plan.
Sounds like you have a lot of "down the road, I want to..." plans but no "right now," plans.
At 27, you're wasting time, there matey...
California has a huge TV and film industry, as do many cities in the US and Canada. Seems to me you ought to be putting your skills to work in a related field.
Frustrating to watch man.-
