You heard me right, that's actual padding, surrounding an actual lamppost all in the hope of protecting any idiot who might walk into it whilst texting on their phones.
It's all part of a 'safe text' campaign apparently, but I'm a little more convinced that this is a viral marketing stunt. Is that 118 118 written on the side of it?
