CBS/AP at 1220pm PST, just announced that Obama wants to strip the telecom immunity from the FISA bill. FISA has actually been around since 1978. NOTE: Under this new FISA Amendment, the feds (NSA) have up to 7 days to tap a suspect, before getting a just cause warrant.

For the most part Congress and the Senate represent corporate interests and totally ignore the people. It's as if they can't recognize the difference between right and wrong.
I guess we will see what the Senators are really made of.
from the Constitution, Article I, Section 9; Clause 3 is:
"No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."All the people that have poured money into the Obama campaign have got to be sitting on pins and needles in anticipation of his vote.
He claims to be the candidate of change. We will see.-
